My Weekly Yoga Class

Wednesday 10am in the High Peak

This weekly class is an invitation to forget about the world beyond you and reclaim some inner peace.

My classes guide you to listen to your own body, sense how you feel and move to improve your wellbeing.

I draw on the influences of Strala Yoga, in which I have over 300hrs training, and somatic practices and wisdom from my training with the School of Ecstatic Movement, plus a wide variety of other wisdoms and practices I've experienced, to craft a unique session that takes you out of your busy mind and into the calm and peace within you.

Learning to listen to yourself and know how to regulate and sooth your nervous system is a key part of what I share. I want to empower you to take care of yourself on and off your yoga mat.
