I've recorded a new version of this practice. The principles are the same ones they've always been, the pillars of grounding, softening and breathing that I've worked with and believed in for over six years, and they feel as important now as they ever have. This is a refreshed version, carrying my current energy, here to support you in experiencing the potential held within you.
