Welcome to January.

This month in the Self Made Sanctuary.

Monthly Movement Practice and each practice will also have a Workshop the Practice Video, which will support you to explore the practice deeper. 

Practice Living Video which will be a practice or insight that you can bring into your everyday life. 

New this month is Living your Design, a video lesson with wisdom on your human design. 

Also introducing a The Conscious Living Conversation where each month I’ll deliver some thoughts and wisdom on living consciously. 

Plus every month The Self Made Sanctuary Circle where we will gather for connection and contemplation plus shared practices and wisdoms. 

I will also deliver a recorded Clearing Session for you to work with each month.
